About Dynasty
A specialist recruiter built on real business experience
Dynasty Consultancy was founded in Birmingham in 2026 to do one thing well: find the operations, supply chain and technical managers that Midlands employers find hardest to hire.
Our story
Our founder, Alex Lee, built and ran a successful marketing company, then worked as a business consultant for Lloyds Banking Group. That experience of growing a business, and of advising others on theirs, is what Dynasty brings to every search: a clear understanding of what employers need from a hire, and real care for the people we represent.
We are deliberately small and deliberately focused. Three sectors, one region, and a personal service from the first call to the day your new hire is settled in.
Our crest: a tree with deep roots and fruitful branches, grown around a cross and held within a shield. Careers with roots, teams that grow, relationships that last.
What we stand for
Honest
No ghost adverts, no CVs sent without permission, and straight answers for clients and candidates alike.

Logistics and supply chain, engineering and manufacturing, and construction. Mid-level permanent roles. The Midlands.
Compliant
We follow the Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations, are registered with the ICO, and handle every CV in line with UK GDPR.
In it for the long term
Every placement is backed by a 12-week guarantee, and we stay in touch long after the start date.
