Logistics & supply chain
Shift and warehouse managers, transport planners, CPC-holding transport managers, supply chain and demand planners, contract account managers and customer operations managers. Typically £35k to £60k.
Engineering & manufacturing
Production and operations managers, quality managers and engineers, production planners, buyers and procurement managers, continuous improvement leads and manufacturing engineers. Typically £38k to £65k.
Construction & built environment
Site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, estimators, contracts managers and health and safety managers. Typically £45k to £65k.
Simple, fair terms
No placement, no fee
Our fee is a percentage of first-year salary, invoiced on your new hire’s start date. If we don’t fill the role, you pay nothing.
Exclusivity option
Give us 10 working days’ exclusivity and we’ll reduce our fee. If we haven’t sent two suitable CVs by day 5, you’re free to go elsewhere.
12-week guarantee
If your new hire leaves within 12 weeks, we’ll run a free replacement search or refund part of the fee on a sliding scale.
Fully compliant
We follow the Conduct of Employment Agencies Regulations and UK GDPR. Candidates are referenced, and only ever put forward with their permission.
What makes a fast hire
A 15-minute briefing with the person making the decision. A confirmed salary band. Interviews within five working days of receiving CVs, and feedback within two. Do that, and we’ll move as fast as you can.
